Every person that makes a donation receives a free UNCDM Carbon Offset Certificate in their name, or in the name of the person they are giving it to.
A Carbon Offset Certificate represents 1 tonne of CO2 removed from the atmosphere by financing United Nations CDM verified carbon reduction projects.
How much is a tonne of CO2?
- It would fill a cube 10 meters tall, as high as a telephone pole, and just as wide.
- This cube would have the same weight as 400 bricks.
- It would be enough to fill 500 fire extinguishers.
Your donation directly helps climate change by eliminating this amount of CO2 from the atmosphere.
